企业经营决策电子沙盘模拟

    《企业经营决策沙盘模拟》是一门按照企业岗位职责对企业进行运营管理,掌握在虚拟企业运营管理中遇到的各种决策情况,并对出现的问题和运营结果进行有效分析与评价,从中探寻科学有效管理的一门经管类专业综合性实验。

        该课程利用目标管理的思想和平衡计分卡的原理指导经营团队进行企业经营决策,经营的过程涉及管理学、市场营销学、战略管理学及财务管理等理论课程内容,共涉及企业基本规则、研发资质认证、设计产品特性、调整销售渠道、调整厂房设备、采购产品原料、安排生产任务、制定产品定价、产品配送运输9个环节。

        课程通过行为导向教学法,引导学生自主学习,通过“围绕经营目标→探寻关键要素→细化经营目标→分析关键要素→提出解决方案”的方法形成较完整地对一个问题详细的研究。教师通过双向互动教学法,利用课堂讨论、互动问答的方式,改善了学生处于被动局面的格局,锻炼和激发学生学习表述的热情与能力,自主提高发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。

“Enterprise Operating Simulation Using Computer” is a course designing for the sophomore and senior grade students which develop comprehensive abilities. The simulated enterprises formed by undergraduates must handle the changing macro-economic circumstances, the competitive state among companies and interaction among functional departments inside their own companies, meanwhile make a series of decisions about each year’s operation of companies and compete with those simulated companies acted by other persons who take part in simulated business war. By means of building various quantity models, they make their own competitive strategies and by means of analyzing, the operation results can be controlled and adjusted. Decisions involve each aspect of enterprise development and meanwhile many knowledge of subjects such as marketing, finance,accounting, investment and so on, they can simulate the real operative state of an enterprise under the market competition condition .The objective is to foster the abilities to manage, organize, team-cooperate and meet an emergency ability about corporate strategy.
