企业经营决策沙盘模拟

 《企业经营决策沙盘模拟》是一门按照企业岗位职责对企业进行运营管理,掌握在虚拟企业运营管理中遇到的各种决策情况,并对出现的问题和运营结果进行有效分析与评价,从中探寻科学有效管理的一门经管类专业综合性实验。

        该课程利用目标管理的思想和平衡计分卡的原理指导经营团队进行企业经营决策,经营的过程涉及管理学、市场营销学、战略管理学及财务管理等理论课程内容,共涉及企业基本规则、研发资质认证、设计产品特性、调整销售渠道、调整厂房设备、采购产品原料、安排生产任务、制定产品定价、产品配送运输9个环节。

        课程通过行为导向教学法,引导学生自主学习,通过“围绕经营目标→探寻关键要素→细化经营目标→分析关键要素→提出解决方案”的方法形成较完整地对一个问题详细的研究。教师通过双向互动教学法,利用课堂讨论、互动问答的方式,改善了学生处于被动局面的格局,锻炼和激发学生学习表述的热情与能力,自主提高发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。

 

 

Enterprise Operating and Decision-making Simulation

 

        “Enterprise operating and decision-making simulation” is the experience-based experimental course, which is different from the traditional management courses. During the course, the students are grouping into a number of management teams, and each member of the team will take the important positions in the company (such as CEO, CFO, Marketing Director, Production Director, etc.). We will engage in 6 -- 8 fiscal year simulation business activities, and all the business results and financial conditions will be displayed in a simulated sand table. The complex, abstract business environment and resources elements will be experienced by the students in the most direct way. This curriculum will help the students have a further knowledge about the business environment and understand business processes, scientific decision-making procedures and methods.
