本课程是为会计学院财务管理、会计各专业三年级本科生设计的实验课程，该课程采用企业财务决策模拟软件来营造企业会计、财务管理的工作环境和企业内部的资源环境，通过模拟实验加深学生对企业财务、会计的工作环境和内部的资源要素的认知，进而为学生进行财务决策学习和实践应用打下坚实基础。

        《企业财务决策模拟》课程不同于一般的以理论和案例为主的财务管理和会计类课程，而是一种以体验式学习为主的实验课程。在整个实验过程中，学生们分别组成若干个管理团队，团队的每个成员将分别担任公司中的重要职位（如CEO、财务经理、运营经理、会计、出纳等），要连续从事3个月度的模拟企业经营活动和财务决策过程，模拟企业的经营成果与财务状况将全部展示在模拟软件平台上，复杂，抽象的企业的经营环境和企业财务决策要素将以最直观的方式让学生去体验，课程将助于加深学生对企业的经营环境和财务决策过程的认知，进而帮助学生了解企业的业务流程决策和财务决策的程序与方法。

        This course is the experimental course designed for the junior students, the majors including Financial Management, Accounting in the School of Accounting ， which is matched with the financial management, accounting work environment courses. In this course, we try to create the financial management, accounting work environment and business environment through the simulation experiments soft. And then the students would have a further knowledge and about the financial management, accounting and practical training ,have a good foundation for their future learning and practical training.

      “Enterprise Financial Decisions Simulation” is the experience-based experimental course, which is different from the traditional financial management and accounting courses. During the course, the students are grouping into a number of Financial　management teams, and each member of the team will take the important positions in the company (such as CFO、Operating Manager、Financial Manager、 Accounting 、Bank Teller, etc.). We will engage in three mouth simulation financial decisions and business activities, and all the business results and financial decisions conditions will be displayed in a simulated soft table. The complex, abstract business environment and resources elements will be experienced by the students in the most direct way. This course will help the students have a further knowledge about the business environment and enterprise financial decisionsprocesses, and understand enterprise business and financial decisions processes, scientific decision- business and financial decisions methods.
